Women Impact Network (WIN) is dedicated to fostering a community where women can connect, collaborate, and grow in an environment that is safe, inclusive, and supportive. Every member, leader, and guest plays a role in protecting that culture. By participating in WIN activities, you agree to uphold these standards and contribute to an atmosphere of respect, encouragement, and integrity.
To help maintain a positive and empowering environment, all WIN participants are expected to:
- Treat every person with courtesy and kindness, honoring diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences.
- Communicate in ways that are respectful, constructive, and inclusive.
- Support collaboration over competition by celebrating the achievements of others.
- Be mindful of how your actions and words may affect others, both in person and online.
- Safeguard the privacy and confidentiality of members when sensitive information is shared, including personal, business, or creative ideas.
- Engage in networking with authenticity, sharing your products or services when appropriate, but avoiding overly promotional or unsolicited approaches.
WIN does not tolerate:
- Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or discrimination of any kind, including but not limited to race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, age, or disability.
- Derogatory, offensive, or demeaning remarks or gestures.
- Threats, acts of violence, or any form of abuse.
- Unwelcome physical contact, sexual advances, or suggestive comments.
- Retaliation against any individual who raises a concern or reports inappropriate behavior.
If a participant's actions are found to be in conflict with this Code, WIN leadership may take any of the following steps as deemed appropriate: a verbal or written reminder of the community standards, removal from a specific event or activity, suspension or removal from a WIN leadership role or membership, or referral to appropriate authorities if necessary.
If you experience or observe behavior that violates this Code, please bring it to the attention of your Chapter Leader or the WIN Core Team promptly. All reports will be reviewed, handled discreetly, and addressed with fairness and care for all parties involved.
The strength of WIN comes from the trust, respect, and encouragement we give one another. By upholding this Code of Conduct, you help create a space where every woman feels valued, supported, and inspired to lead.
